The On-Line calendar has been designated the one, official calendar of events at Covenant Community Church. Due to the importance of the calendar, this page has been added to advise users of some of the calendar's rich features.

Add/Delete/Correct calendar entries: If you have an event you would like to add, change or remove from the calendar, there are two methods to get it done. You can use the on-line "Calendar input Form", or you can send an email to: calendar@covenantbirmingham.org This mailbox is reviewed daily by the calendar team.

See more information: If you see the word MORE at the bottom of a day box in the calendar, it indicates that there are more events scheduled for that day than will fit into the box. Simply click on the word MORE and you will be taken to an expanded day-view and you will have access to all that is going on.

Need a reminder of an event? Click on a day box and you will be taken to the day view for the day. When in day view, click on an event and you will open a box expanding the event. At the top of the box, you will see a REMINDER link. Click on the link and a box will come up asking your name and email address. Fill out the requested information and submit it. The calendar system will then email you a confirmation. Next time you are in your personal email, to complete scheduling this reminder, click on the confirmation link in the email sent by the calendar system. Your reminder will not be scheduled until you have successfully completed the confirmation.
